In addition to those features, Smart Air technology also calculates duty cycle so you can see cost savings daily, weekly and monthly. Smart Air Compressors allow you to have up to 50 Smart Air compressors via a simple ethernet cable and will automatically synchronize and operate using the auto demand technology. This patented technology also ensures energy waste is virtually eliminated, and the lifespan of each compressor is maximized. Piston

Piston compressors come optional with a belt tensioner. This belt tensioner allows you to easily and quickly tighten your belts. These tensioners also have a double bolt tension device that allows you to keep the belts in perfect alignment. No pry bars needed to tighten your belts!

Rotary

All Rotary Screw belt driven models 5HP – 20HP include an automatic spring-loaded belt tensioning device. This keeps a steady pressure for optimal belt tension.

Operation

A dual timer electric auto drain is a device designed to expel moisture and water from the air receiver tank.

Interval Setting Feature

It has an adjustable interval setting feature that allows you to set the device from 1 to 45-minute drain cycles. You can also set the timing of how long you want the drain to stay open.

About Our Swing Arm

Our swing arm dryer mount provides you with easy maintenance when servicing your rotary screw air compressor. By allowing the dryer to hinge away from the air compressor, this gives the cabinet more room for service. This is available on our 5HP – 20HP package models.

A Coalescing filter is a device that removes oil and solids from the air stream.

Operation

Rotary Air ends are devices that compress air. Air ends consist of an oil injected male and female rotor. These air ends are engineered for up to 100% duty cycle and are relatively quiet with life expectations up to 150,000 hours.

Continuous Airflow

Rotary Screw air ends are designed to produce continuous, steady airflow. Using this ultimate design criterion, screw air ends are great for applications where consistent airflow is a must, for example in industrial plants and operations.

Screw Air Ends are reliable and durable even in harsh conditions. For example, mining and construction rigs (as well as firefighting equipment manufacturers) choose rotary screw air ends due to their reliability and durability.

150 PSI Maximum

By using oil injected rotary screw air ends, you can economically achieve 150 PSI maximum. If higher pressures are required, multi-stage reciprocating (pistons) are needed.

Easily Adjust Pressure

The digital PLC enables manual or remote pressure adjustments from 70 PSI to 175 PSI.

Dryer Fans

Dryer Fans are engineered to cool the condenser. The condenser coil circulates a hot refrigerant from heat pulled from the compressed air. This hot refrigerant is then cooled by a cooling fan which circulates ambient air through the condenser coil radiator.

Rotary Screw Cooling Fan/Radiator

Our Rotary Screw compressors are equipped with a split bar radiator and a circulating fan. The fan cools the compressor oil and the air end air to the tank, reducing wear and tear and excessive moisture from the air system.
